Q: Is the turntable placed within a restrictive light box?
A: No, as the small box system is awkward to work with and makes it difficult for the operator.
Q: How do we know that the product is positioned correctly on the turntable?
A: Our turntables use patent protected technology to accurately position the product in the correct position.
A: No, our software can be used on different computers and does not have to be used with the turntable, as this would limit efficiency and restrict the use.
Q: Is the software compatible with Apple Macs as well as PCs?
A: Yes, the software can be used on any computer, PC or Mac.
Q: Can the images be used for purposes other than within the spin?
A: Yes, images are shot on an up to date very high quality camera, at 4288 x 2848 pixels (12.2 mega pixels) and are therefore perfect for most other uses.
Q: Do i-spin360 supply the camera and lighting?
A: Yes we can, as we can supply a fully functional system (apart from the computers)!
A: The standard turntables are 760mm and 1200mm diameter, strongly built and calibrated for accuracy. It has a working height of 1m and comes standard with a removable overhead support system, for the support of straps and handles.
Q: Can we produce spins without shadows?
A: Yes, you specify whether you require with or without shadows or reflections.
Q: How many images are used in the spin?
A: You can decide. It is variable from 24 to 34 but we would normally recommend 28 to achieve a smooth spin that does not have to rotate too fast but is quick to load.
Q:Can we decide how the spin functions?
A: Yes, they are your spins for your web site, you can decide from the following:-
- Direction of rotation.
- Speed of spin.
- Interaction by mouse - hover or left click.
- Zoom functionality.
- Size of flash window.
- Position of product within the flash window.
Q: Is there a zoom function and does it require a pop-up window?
A: We can offer the following types of zoom function, none of which require a pop-up window:-
- Zoom on any image within the spin.
- Zoom on any one image within the spin.
- Zoom on any one image within the spin together with a navigation window.
Q: Can backgrounds be positioned within the spin window?
Yes it is possible to insert a background of your choice behind the spinning product.
